Monkeys at the World Serie

Ok, which one of you guys went to the World Series? How's the West Coast's version of the Subway series going, anyway?

I don't want to talk about it.

I'm sorry. Top of the second and you guys hae a couple of hits at least.

I shall root for the Giants (despite my usual indifference to baseball) because, for my entire life, I have always hated every single sports team to ever come out of Los Angeles. Especially the Lakers and Kings.

No offense, anyone. Such is the life of a fan of the Detroit Pistons in the early 90's (pre Dennis Rodman freakiness) and a Red Wings fan.

Giants! Giants! Giants!

I'm kind of torn over this one. I am an avid fan of the game, but these two teams....I dunno. I guess I still equate the Angels with their '80s attempts to buy a championship by signing other teams stars (Carew, Reggie, Don Baylor, etc.) away. They were trying to be the West Coast Yankees, and their karma paid for it. But still....Rally Monkey!

On the other hand, the Giants have always been my favorite National League team. They have a history rivaled only by that black and white Noo Yawk team. But still....Barry Bonds? What a jackass.

*flip!*

Well, there ya go. The image of the eagle on the back of the quarter just whispered: "Go Giants!"

Well, I'd have to say booyah Booyah BOOYAH!

I poor. From Russia. Me and familia like your sing.

Oops -- slight grammer faux pas there. It's "familia and I".

I wish for shirt or hat for christmas But not happened.

And I wished for $30 million. Not happened, either. Try getting a job -- it works better than wishing.

Please if you have many may I have one.

You communists will never change. Get your own damn shirt.

Me love you and you are hero to me and friends. I want to be like you.

Well, me love you too, um, "jakethesnakerules85." If you really want to be like me, you'll need a set of pliers, some 40-weight ball bearings and 10 quarts of antifreeze -- preferably Prestone. No, make that Quaker State.

Russia for ever!

Or at least until the next revolution.
