Does anyone know anything about PostNuke, the open source weblog/content management software package?
A buddy here at work just switched over to it, and it looks great. I'm going to play with it this weekend, and maybe do the blogfucker site with it instead of Movable Type. But if anyone has experience with it, I'd love to hear about it.

"* We are currently working on the site and outages may occur. *"
Posted by: ColdChef on April 30, 2002 12:48 PMThat's only the website, though. The actual product is completely self-contained, AFAIK. It's got some cool features. Y'know those avatars on 1142, next to the post, that identify the poster? It's got those. It also has modules you can add on to do easy web polls, photo management, user tracking ("there are 5 guests and 3 members online").

Posted by: adam on April 30, 2002 04:27 PMA note about posting images:
We encourage users to post images, especially those hilarous pics of monkeys
wearing dresses or programming for Linux. But posting images that reside on someone
else's server is considered by many to be bandwidth theft. Our thoughts
on the matter, along with some solutions to the problem, can be found
here. Thanks.
