They told me I violated their terms of service, although I have no idea what I did, and they haven't shared that with me yet. It's taking days and days to communicate with these people. They've password protected my ftp access too, so I can't retrieve my files and upload them somewhere else. It's really frustrating. I'm going to give it a few more days and then try to find other hosting - I feel like someone cut my arm off!

Also, dare we ask who the host is, so we can avoid them? Or would you rather not say?

My host is digitalrice.com - they've been really great until a few weeks ago, and I'm still trying to get them to answer an email about all of this. I've just reconstructed most of my files on another server but I'm a perfectionist, and I can't seem to set up the commenting the way it was before, which is the only way I want it. I'm going to be working on it all night tonight. I'll be thinking of ybhc sitting on the beach sipping daquiris while I sit in front of my monitor sipping diet iced tea!
If anyone has any good suggestions for *cheap* hosting I would be very appreciative for a comment here, or better yet, an email. Evan Izer suggested his, but after checking it out I see that they don't offer php, which is a must for me. I was looking into pow-web but it almost seems too good to be true.
