I'm as much a monkey-lover as the next guy (well, maybe not that one over there) *points*, but this seems a bit pricey.

You can't possibly know how good that graphic looks when it pops up on my screen while "My Spine is the Bassline" is playing at the same time over the computer speakers.
It looks good.
Posted by: yhbc on July 31, 2002 12:13 AMhysterical. :) I think it's the same guys that do "Wadded Paper", which is really, really funny. Especially if these guys ever do make money from these ideas.
Posted by: dejah420 on July 31, 2002 12:13 AMI would like to take this opportunity to offer my services to the monkey-loving community at exactly half the price of these guys.
Posted by: adampsyche on July 31, 2002 08:58 AMApparently, I didn't see the part of my job description that says that I am supposed to document the mistakes of my condescending bitch supervisor so that she has an easier time correcting them a week later.
Sorry. I've learned through experience not to post bad stuff regarding my job on my own site. I guess my mandatory overtime entry kinda violates that, but not that much.
Posted by: adampsyche on July 31, 2002 10:05 AM....(ring ring)Person being called: Hello,

In response to the image-linking discussion on this thread, I have moved the .GIF at the top of this thread to my own account. It's on Qwest.net, though, which is notorious for dropping out of existence now and then, so if you see a big red "X" up there that's why.
I now return you to your regularly scheduled screeching/flinging/grooming.
Posted by: Crash on July 31, 2002 12:40 PMI used to host big stuff that I wanted to put on my blog (but not on my blog's host) on my machine at home and serve it from there. Maybe I will do that from now on.
Posted by: adampsyche on July 31, 2002 01:11 PMI'll admit I've embedded images in forum threads before. But from here on in, I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd.
Posted by: walrus on July 31, 2002 02:04 PMA note about posting images:
We encourage users to post images, especially those hilarous pics of monkeys
wearing dresses or programming for Linux. But posting images that reside on someone
else's server is considered by many to be bandwidth theft. Our thoughts
on the matter, along with some solutions to the problem, can be found
here. Thanks.
