Wouldn't it be a better story if a human had wandered into the jungle and was saved by a team of monkey surgeons?
Posted by: kaf on August 21, 2003 02:40 PMI love that there seems to be a monkey/human war on, and the humans don't know the rules yet: "Monkeys stalking the corridors of power in faraway Delhi are reportedly harassing a number of the country's top political leaders, including Laloo Prasad Yadav."
From Orissa to Delhi, monkey poo is flying! Yet one monkey emerges from the jungle to take comfort and healing from the enemy. It's touching, really.

Posted by: kaf on August 21, 2003 04:39 PMThis has nothing to do with anything, but the wife has left me alone this evening, so I'm going to O'Hanlons to imbibe. Perhaps Fergus and the albino will be there.
I'll report back.
Posted by: jonmc on August 21, 2003 08:00 PMNot that it's any of my business, but what the hell is Mogwai? Was he in the Jungle Book?
Posted by: tizzie on August 21, 2003 08:48 PMMogwai is the name of a band, and the name of the cute little pre-Gremlins in the movie Gremlins.
I wonder if we could make a movie, about rock bands that turn into AMC vehicles when you pour beer on them.
Posted by: notsnot on August 21, 2003 09:43 PMI'm back. I drank a lotta guiness and talked with an irish mover named arto about boxing and music. The bartender, ashley, is a hottie from armagh. Plus every 4th drink is onna house. very wunnerful.
Wam wam bam sham a lam.

Haha, The Pacer, for the type of driver who nurses their beers.
The Gremlin, for the mean drinker.
The Javelin, for the drinker whom enjoys a sharp long lasting beer.
Tick ... tick .... tick ....
Gee, this day is just zooming by. Why, it seems like I just arrived 96 hours ago, and only 600 to go ...
Anyone have a good joke? Or a sharp razor blade?

We encourage users to post images, especially those hilarous pics of monkeys
wearing dresses or programming for Linux. But posting images that reside on someone
else's server is considered by many to be bandwidth theft. Our thoughts
on the matter, along with some solutions to the problem, can be found
