And I shall tie myself into a vague pretzel shape, and think of Dana. (And while there, time and opportunity permitting, I shall choke a president, and think of America.)

Well, I'd like to go, and I normally would and all, but being broke sucks.

Moving is the absolute worst thing in the entire world. It just sucks.

No, the absolute worst thing in the world is when the IS dept. cuts off your access to your e-mail accounts at work. It makes nine hours of dull duty into nine hours of pissed-off aggravation and revolutionary plots that involve all capitalist oppressors dying grisly painful deaths.

At least in my experience, anyhow.

It was a sweet little affair. falconred's in Law school, and seems smart and engaging. We can fix that. Milovoo is fairly good-looking and found everything quite funny.

Lilboo/krimur kind of ran the conversation, being both more gregarious than usual and the only gurl, and muckster bought me a couple of beers in gratitude for I-have-no-fucking-idea.

There was also pizza.

Well, oddly enough, even though my doctor said to come by on thursday for my test results. When I got to the clinic, it was CLOSED.

So I waited around East Hell for 20 minutes for a bus and went home, no healthier than before.

I can tell you that, because these puppies have pissed and shat their way through my garden with a vengeance, eaten my rose bushes and chased my cats over to the neighbors. And I love them, each and every one.

I was standing in front of the stove tonight, cooking eggplant, and they were making a concerted effort to chew through my ankle bones. And I felt nothing but affection, and hesitation that I might tread on one of the little devils.

Why am I just finding out they have mountainbiking in the Olympics? Granted, it's more trailriding than anything, but I'm thinking we need to press up some 9622 jerseys and fund ufez/salmonberry 2008. Beijing is ours, dammit!
